"Araluen" Cottage (meaning "place of water lilies") is a recently renovated cottage set in beautiful mountain gardens in a quiet street in Wentworth Falls.

The cottage is located near the village centre shops and cafes and a short drive away to the gorgeous boutiques and famous restaurants in Leura and Katoomba. Take a short walk to the Conservation Hut for coffee or lunch, or for those feeling more physical, the start of the National Pass Walk is located down the road where you can gaze at the spectacular Wentworth and Sylvia Falls.

Accomodation

The cottage has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and the third with a double bed, and is suitable for small groups or families (great for children too!). There are two bathrooms complete with showers, with the main bathroom having a separate claw foot bath.

The open plan style of living includes a spacious lounge area equipped with a 40" LCD TV where you can watch your favourite DVD or discover the latest programs on AUSTAR.

For the gourmet chefs, the large open kitchen is fully equipped with a SMEG cook top and all the essential cooking utensils and almost every kitchen gadget to make you feel at home. The back french doors open up to a private back courtyard ideal for outdoor entertaining and equipped with a full size gas WEBER BBQ.

After a busy day shopping or walking, enjoy a relaxing soak in the claw foot bath, or wind down with a good book on the front veranda with tranquil garden views.
