The main bedroom has a reverse-cycle airconditioner to warm or cool the room and leads out onto the balcony with city views.

Latrobe Haven is the upstairs unit of two, one up, one down (hence the view!). Both have completely separate entrances with no internal stairs.
Parking: On-street parking is available on the street above the house. There is no charge and there is always space available.
