St Kilda Central is a brand new, self-contained apartment which offers superb accommodation for up to 6 guests. It is located near the vibrant Acland St precinct in St Kilda, 500m from the beach and a short tram ride away from the CBD. Ideal for executive accommodation, short stay relocation, 3 couples or families who want to be removed from the hustle and bustle of the CBD yet only a short tram ride away.

The stunning kitchen features all Miele appliances and like all Boutique Stays properties is fully equipped with all you need to cook at home. The spacious light filled living & dining with spotted gum timber flooring comfortably seats 6 and features a plasma TV and CD/DVD.

The property features 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and a sparkling ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and built in robes and the third bedroom has a king bed which can be split into 2 singles and walk in robes. All bedrooms have reverse cycle heating and cooling to ensure your comfort year round.

2 stylish bathrooms (ensuite and main) ensure you won’t be waiting long in the morning and are perfect for families and executives who need extra space.

The property also features a north facing balcony and private terrace and this pet friendly property is suitable for small pet guests.

Fully inclusive, your rental includes wireless internet, local phone calls, weekly servicing for stays over 8 days and there is under cover security car parking for 1 car.

Melbourne public transport options are right on your doorstep. A tram at the end of the street will take you to the CBD or exciting close by suburbs like Albert Park, Port Melbourne, St Kilda East, Elsternwick, Elwood and Prahran. St Kilda Central is in a prime location for holiday accommodation, executive rentals or short stay relocations. Close to a wealth of attractions St Kilda Central is also the perfect destination for families and holiday groups.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
