'Vizcaya 2 on Ventura' offers the ideal location for that great family holiday by the beach, knowing you can leave the car at home and just stroll down to the beachfront. Located in a peaceful residential street, this modern beach villa duplex is impeccably presented and equipped for a maximum of five people. The home is equally suited to a couple wanting a beach retreat away and can be booked accordingly at a reduced price.
Guests regularly compliment us on the relaxed ambience we have been able to provide with comfortable seating and soft furnishing. There is ample outdoor decking to provide that opportunity to enjoy outside dining whilst enjoying the benefit of the water views. There is also a sheltered under sail breakfast deck just off the kitchen. The portable gas Webber barbecue can be set up in either location.
Vizcaya 2 is spread spaciously over two levels, the upstairs comprising of all the living, with an extremely well equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven, not forgetting plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a separate indoor dining space adjacent to the kitchen which seats six.
This upper floor is also home to the main master bedroom which benefits from the views, and is fully carpeted with a beautifully modern 'en suite' and large walk-in wardrobe. Mindful of young families, we have installed a safety gate to the staircase for added child security.
Downstairs offers two further bedrooms, fully carpeted, and a modern bathroom, which is also home to all the laundry facilities, with access to the rear courtyard and gardens. There is a single lock-up garage and parking for a further vehicle if necessary.
Sunrise Beach offers a wonderful beach environment with surfing, fishing, walking and cycling just moments away, not forgetting the 'Beach Chalet' deli and cafe with a convenience store for all your general needs.

Although 'Vizcaya 2' is set up to accommodate five guests, it is possible to book the accommodation for a couple only, using just the master bedroom, or as a two bedroom for up to four guests. Please contact us if you would like a quotation.
