AUSTAR satellite TV, wireless Internet access upon request, boogie boards, buckets and spades, beach towels, NEW pod cappuccino machine, well-equipped modern kitchen with cedar sliding windows opening over BBQ area on deck, cricket set, magazines, DVD library, games and books are provided to help you relax and enjoy your beach break. There is a cosy wood heater in the main living area for those chilly winter evenings and a woodstack at the backdoor.
If you like the local art decorating the house, wander up and check out more local artwork at The Artery Gallery in Mossy Pt, where you'll also find local organic honey, handmade beeswax candles, and Bliss handmade organic body products. great small gifts as souvenirs of your stay. Whilst you're there, pop in next door to the iconic South Coast cafe, The Muffin Shop, for a FAB coffee and food Wed - Mon 8am - 4pm, all locally sourced and freshly made daily on the premises.
PET/CHILD FRIENDLY
Your well behaved furry member of the family is also welcome and catered for with food and drink bowls. The property is fully fenced and dogs are allowed in the downstairs areas however not upstairs please. Please ensure all pet hair and No. 2's are cleaned up from the property by pet owners prior to departure.
Removable staircase barriers are provided for the safety of all of our smaller visitors upon request. Older children can paddle in the Creek and play in the garden or reserve whilst still being under the watchful eye of their parents from the living, deck and kitchen areas.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION
The house comfortably sleeps 8 people only with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a study. At ground level there is a private huge queen sized bedroom with ensuite and quiet reading area. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet plus a study with desk. Wireless Internet is available upon request. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the other comprises a bunk bed for the children that sleeps two down and one up. Doonas and pillows are provided on each bed.
Linen rental is available at an additional cost of $25 per bed per week. Please request linen hire when making your booking.
Please note no school leavers or other large groups are welcome.
Cleaning fee of $100 per stay.
