Copa Breezes is fresh, with a touch of French provincial. It is located 50 minutes north of Sydney and within a short 400m walk to Copacabanas stunning patrolled beach.

Delight in spacious open plan holiday living. Relax in style: five separate living areas, including two covered outdoor areas. There is plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Arrange table settings for up to 14 guests, either in the sun or in the shade.

Laze on the perfect north facing front deck bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk. Enjoy the cool northeasterly summer breezes.

Copa Breezes Layout:
Downstairs - Home entrance, Rumpus, Piano, TV, DVD, 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds, bathroom with toilet and shower.
Upstairs - Kitchen, dining, Lounge, TV, DVD, bathroom, laundry, ensuite, 4 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king single, 1 single, 1 bunk), 2 separate covered outdoor areas.

Local Attractions

Walk down to Copa beachfront for a meal at one of the restaurants or cafes. Or just pop into the baker, grocer, bottle shop, video shop, newsagent or takeaway. More serious shopping can be found 10 minutes away at Coles Kincumber, or 15 minutes away at Erina Fair.

Surf the famous left-hand break at Copa point. Bring a mask and snorkel and marvel at the fish life and magnificent swaying reed beds. Settle in for a lazy day watching the kids in the rockpool. Enjoy a beach stroll up past the lagoon to Macmasters. Tennis anyone? Watch the whales from Captain Cook Lookout, where you can see north to Norah Head and south to Manly.

Discover another great beach, cafes and a fantastic childrens playground at Avoca, just around the Cape-Three-Points headland. For dinner choose from a smorgasbord of restaurants in Terrigal, 10 minutes away. Head 15 minutes south and you will find you own piece of paradise at Maitland Bay, Little Beach, Putty Beach or Tallow Beach.

Bookings

Copa Breezes is ideal for families or groups of friends. Strictly NO groups of young people, NO parties, NO pets, 10pm outdoor noise curfew. Must be 25 years and over to make a booking.

Deposit: 25% to secure booking (non-refundable).
One month prior to occupancy: 75% balance of the rental amount (refundable only upon securing another booking to cover the same dates) + $500 Refundable bond.
