Beach Place Is great for families or just 2 people to enjoy time by the ocean.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms work well for all combinations of people.
Pets are by arrangement,
Doonas and pillows are supplied.
We offer hire linen for 20.00 per person for your stay, bring your own beach towels.
You are welcome to bring your own linen
If you are supplying your own you will need top & bottom sheets/doona cover, pillow cases and towels.
The house is self clean leaving it clean and swept.
Or you can choose to book a service
Standard clean $50.00
Full clean including barbecue $60.00
For the boaties plenty of room to park the boat.
The house would suit people with limited mobility with lots of room and flat with the exception of one small step at main door. The main bathroom would fit a wheelchair. we do not have hand rails,shower chair or a hand held shower.

Leeman is a nice quiet laidback fishing town close to Jurian Bay and Greenhead.

The Midwest is known for it's beautiful and varied wild flowers
Explore the coastal communities of the Midwest, Jurian bay, Cervantes. Visit Dongara (Be sure to visit the bakery not to be missed!) Checkout the old township of Greenough.
Leeman is on the Old Stock Route take your 4x4 to Stockyard Gully National Park,
Or just lay back and relax enjoy the beaches, playground and recently installed ocean foot path if you prefer a gentle walk rather than beach combing.

Great diving and fishing and magic house to come back to in the evening to spend time with friends. We took overseas friends and a great way to show them the Australian bush on Indian ocean drive with small costal towns to stop at on the way. Sea change meets Australia (The movie) We even saw emus crossing the road.
Very cool place to chill out.

I booked Beach Place after a recomendation from friends. it did not disapoint in anyway.
The house is excellent and everything all the reviewers say it is. Loved the kitchen equipment that all matches so we had a lovely family celebration meal.
The yard great for the dogs and kids. Boat parking also gave plenty of room.
The new bathroom is beautiful, you can do my new bathroom it feels more like a resort.

Great house - clean and comfortable and we were very happy to find a dog friendly place. Well equipped kitchen with all that's needed. Outdoor area is large and the dogs had a ball down at the beach. Fishing was pretty good for this time of the year too! Thanks to Bev who made booking all very easy and provides an affordable place for a few days break. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a great stay.
The house is very clean and well equipped.
I think it safe to say it is one of the best dog (and frog) friendly accommodations we have ever stayed in.
We only found the key to the back shed and table tennis table as we were walking out the door..... oh well something for next time.

This is our second visit to Beach place.
We have stayed in many self contained houses but this one is delightful. Well equipped with all you need with great standards. Loads of room for our family of 5 and a dog! This is why we went back.
Its great value and we love the coast line.
The new road up makes it an easy drive and worth exploring.
100% recommended. Bev thanks for all your assistance you make planning our short breaks a pleasure. Very helpful, you will be hearing from us again soon.

This house is an excellent standard, we were just passing through Leeman and decided a one night break. Thanks for being so flexible Bev and allowing us to hire linen at a good rate and we were happy to pay a cleaning fee because we could only stay one night, and your rates are so reasonable.
The house is all you said and more!

Wow great house, we loved the enclosed yard for the kids and dog. Plenty of room for the boat at the front. The house is well equipped with all we needed for a beach break, thanks for all the thought you have put into setting this up. The covered outside living is huge and loved the space in the house we will be back for more wildflowers and fishing.
