Paradise Point and the home have NOT been affected by ANY of floods reported in the past.
Location is so important when holidaying ...past visitors have said that Paradise Point is a perfect location for a family holiday as everything is so convenient for children and adults alike.
The home is metres to the beautiful blue Broadwater, the Esplande park, adventure playground, safe beach & 'netted' swimming lagoon... all beside the village centre where you can get a espresso coffee, takeaways or dine at one of a dozen or more affordable restaurants AND it's just a 10 minute drive to theme parks (Dream World, Water World, Movie World, Seaworld) & just a close is great shopping at Harbourtown and Runaway Bay Mall
The house is an immaculately presented spacious holiday home,with air con,a heated pool set in a large private fully fenced garden the outdoor living patios. The pool is maintained 26C. During the cooler months (Apr - Nov). particulalry if children are going to be using the pool we recommend the temperature to be increased, for this there is modest charge e.g. for 7 days $80.
The home has 2 storey's, a ground and upper floor. As they are self contained they can be used separately or combined as the whole house.
Note .. If you reserve one of the areas only, the other is not rented ... so you'll have the place to yourselves.
It's ideal accommodation for extended families and friends holidaying together as you use the 2 areas as one, so you can be together, or separately when you need some time out or privacy
The Ground area opens onto a covered outdoor patio beside the pool, it sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms, + kitchen, living, dining, bathroom,
The Upper area opens onto a covered outdoor deck with direct access to the pool via safe stairs. It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living , dining, bathroom,

The 2 areas are self contained as they are lockable doors into each so they be used alone or combined as the whole house. The whole house is 5 bedrooms and 2 of everything 1 in each of the 2 areas
Including - 2 x kitchens : showers : toilets : modern lounge areas each with a home theatre, dvd player and LCD panel TV : dining tables : fridge / freezers : automatic washing machines : dishwashers : air conditioners ... even 2 outdoor patios both shaded each with outdoor dining table & chairs.
Internet access is available via a laptop and mobile modem. A charge is based on the amount of data you wish to have loaded on the modem the choices are $35 - laptop & 500mb, $45 - $2GB or $65 - 4GB. For email and infromation browsing while on a 7 day holiday 500MB can be sufficient.
Tariff Details:
It's excellant value for all size of families... particularly for larger families, extended families and friends holidaying together.
Note - it's not available to groups of 'Schoolies' or 'Parties' ,
The nightly rate caters for different family sizes and depends on
1.the number staying
2.the time of year
3.the length of the stay
4.if you stay in the ground OR the upper area OR the whole house
e.g. at times that are not school holidays the minimum is $130 which is for up to 3 for each extra person it's $18, during school holidays the minimum is $265 for up to 5 + $20 per extra person.
