Outside is equally impressive, with a fifteen metre, mosaic tiled, self cleaning, heated infinity pool, poolside firepit, an all weather tennis court, character timber tennis cottage, irrigated established gardens, two huge dams , one with large, over water deck, perfect for enjoying cocktails at sunset.

A place to do as much or as little as you desire

Amber Hill is furnished to the highest of standards- including a Bang and Olufsen sound system,and a commercial espresso machine.

It is a place to surrender yourself and relax, revitalise and enjoy all the simple things that we are often too busy to do.

Swing in the hammock under the pine trees, fly kites over the hills, go tadpoling in the dams, roast marshmallows over an open fire, count the stars at night, hike over the paddocks and through the gullies, feed carrots to the neighbouring horses, watch the kangaroos gather at dawn and dusk.
Of course there is also lazing by the 15 metre infinity pool and playing tennis on the all weather court.

The beach is a relaxing 20-25 minute drive away and if you have a four wheel drive and permit, Back Beach offers a great beach drive for the ultimate in beach enjoyment.

A perfect place for families and friends to gather

The large open plan living areas offer places to gather as well as places to be alone and read, nap or play cards.
A variety of seating areas ensures all needs are met.

The main bedroom offers a king sized bed with ensuite, and a daybed that is able to accommodate, two children if required. It has its own private balcony with magnificent views, an open fireplace and television.

The second and third bedroom upstairs, share a bathroom, and offer a Queen size bed in each. Bedroom two has a private balcony. Each has beautiful views and luxurious furnishings.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has two single beds.

All guests have their own Country Road dressing gowns to use for the duration of their stay.

A portable cot is also available if required. A selection of children's toys, a kite, and a sandpit (by the tennis court) are also available.

Please be aware, like many hotels and resorts, there is no pool fence and younger children will need to be supervised.
