Hayes Beach House is a classic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house that has been newly renovated and furnished for a modern, relaxed, beachside feel. It is fully fenced to ensure the safety of your little ones or dogs.

We are situated in a quiet street with a path just adjacent to the house that will take you directly to the beach in 4 minutes (if you walk slowly!). Callala beach is one of the most scenic and unspoiled beaches in the area and has the bonus of being "dog friendly". Being inside the bay there are no rough waves or currents so it is perfect for children.
For very young guests we provide complimentary high chair and portacot.
Bring the kids, the dog, the boat and relax with a complimentary bottle of local wine at Jervis Bay's no.1 beach house.
Facilities
Open plan living areas with large floor to ceiling windows, letting in plenty of light. All the comforts of home.
Living room contains a combustion fire, split system air conditioning. There is a fabulous 40" Samsung smart tv with FOXTEL IQ HD with Blu-ray DVD player and a superb stereo system with ipod dock (bring your own ipod). There is a great selection of books, CD's, DVD's and games.
Bedroom 1: contains a super comfortable queen bed and has the bonus of an en-suite bathroom with shower and small tub bath (suitable for toddlers). Lockable wardrobe, fan & heater. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: contains a super comfortable queen bed and looks out onto the spacious deck and level garden. Lockable wardrobe, fan and heater. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: contains two sets of bunk beds. Wardrobe, fan and heater. Sleeps 4.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen with breakfast bar to enjoy those lazy holiday breakfasts. Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, espresso coffee machine.
Main bathroom: modern, comfortable and bright with a good sized shower & hairdryer.
Living room: the couch converts to a double bed for those extra guests. Sleeps 2.
Dining: there is a dining table that seats 6 in the dining room off of the living room. 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Laundry: Laundry has everything you need - washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops, brushes, detergents, etc.
Sunroom: a delightful sun room at the front of the house is the ideal place to chill out. You'll love relaxing in our famous hammock chairs!
Outside: Covered deck and BBQ facilities. Level backyard. Fully enclosed by colourbond fence. Outdoor table seats 6 with extra 2 seats if needed. Hot & cold water outdoor shower to wash the sand away! Hammock to enjoy the tranquility!
Parking: There is a double carport which is ideal if you want to park in the shade or bring a boat down. Space enough for a boat and two cars. There is also driveway parking.

- No cleaning fee
- 50% Deposit upon booking - balance payable 14 days prior to stay. Payment non refundable if cancelled by client. Payment by direct deposit or credit card (surcharge applies for credit cards)
- No smoking inside or on deck or in sunroom.
- $500 security deposit payable on all stays
- We supply tea, instant coffee, dishwashing powder, cleaning detergents, (some) toilet paper, etc. but you should bring your own supplies
- Pets welcome but not on beds & couch please. Please BYO pet beds, bowls, etc.
