Internal and external showers and full washing facilities.

Gas and wood burning barbeque provided (please check local fire restrictions).

Conditions of Tenancy

10% deposit of total rent amount.
Balance is to be paid before occupancy.
The premise will be available from 12pm on the day of arrival, and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
-Your co-operation in leaving the premise in a clean and tidy condition would be appreciated.
-Any breakages, damage or lost keys are to be reported and paid for.
-UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED INSIDE THE PREMISE.
-No responsibility for tenants’ personal property left on the premise.
-Fish are not to be cleaned in or around the premise.
-Strictly NO SMOKING inside the premise.
-THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS MUST NOT EXCEED SEVEN.

OVERLOADING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
