Vistas from every window. Two large decking areas to entertain on. Sit in front of the fire with friends and a bottle of wine and let the world disappear. This is a great family beach house, full of modcons but still retaining the quaintness of nostalgia. A beach house to make memories last a lifetime.
An authentic australian beach house that also feels like a farm cottage away in the bush!
Hear the kookaburras laugh, or feed the hungry magpies. Spot the occasional rosella, cockatoo, galah, blue tongue or even an echidna!
Plenty of room.
Plenty of room to run around outside and play for the kids. There is a huge netted trampoline and a Swiss family Robinson treehouse to explore. There is room enough for two families to comfortably stay. There are 2 queen sized beds. Two co-joing bedrooms downstairs set up perfectly for kids to hang out. (One bunk bed with trundle plus one single bed and trundle), Upstairs there is another kids' bedroom with two single beds and one trundle.
Maximum adults: 8.
Maximum total with children is 12.

One of my key criteria was a place with a lovely open fireplace in the living area and your place was perfect - in fact the photos on the website do not give the living areas justice at all, they are bigger than they appear."

Clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, TV, DVD, video, CD player, iron & ironing board, vaccum, 2 washing machines, dryer.
Roaring fireplace for cold nights and 4 space heaters to take the chill off some of the rooms. (Some beds also have electric blankets).
2 bathrooms plus one quaint original outdoor bathroom to wash the sand off from the day at the beach.
A plethora of board games or dvds to keep everyone amused.
