Sandyside 2 is a 2 bedroom property comfortably accommodating 4, or up to 5 guests with an additional foldaway bed. Located just a short stroll to Sandringham shopping centre, railway station and the beach, everything is within convenient reach.

Whilst the property is an older style, the interiors have been completely renovated to an outstanding standard. Enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen and living/dining area furnished to the highest standard in a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, flat screen HD TV with Foxtel, DVD player and mini CD stereo/radio system and ADSL Bigpond broadband internet connection.

Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer along with a stone topped island bench/breakfast bar. There are laundry facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a king sized bed which can split to 2 singles if required, ensuring comfort for either 2 couples or one couple and 2 children. The second bedroom also has fitted robes.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower with a WC/powder room adjacent. Ducted heating is provided throughout together with split system air conditioning. The outdoor living space is fabulous with BBQ and a great dining setting for 6. There is off street parking available for two vehicles.

Pet Stays are welcome by prior arrangement.

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
