These completely renovated and stylishly furnished 3 bedroom holiday units are located on a quiet street in the heart of the popular bayside village of Sandringham. Everything you could want for a memorable stay in Melbourne.

These cheerful properties are literally 5 minutes walk to the beach, the shops, cafes and the railway station (30 minutes journey to Flinders St central train station in downtown Melbourne).

The designer-built kitchens have granite worktops, quality European appliances and very generous drawer and cupboard space. Comfortable lounge with contemporary leather couches plus wide screen TV, Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini stereo/CD system. Wireless internet is included, ensuring guests can work in bedrooms or in the living areas. Concealed “European laundry” with washer, dryer and sink in kitchen area. The property offers air-conditioning in the living area and ducted heating throughout.There is a large hot water system so no cold showers to worry about!

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
