Description
Lilyfield is a Beautiful area, close to Balmain for shopping and Restaurants as well as Leichhardt and Sydney CBD.
The light rail service goes from Lilyfield to The Fish markets, Casino, Darling Harbour, China town and Central train station.
There are buses very close by as well as what is know as the "Bay Run" for those that would like a decent run/walk or stroll.
The doggy cafe is also within reach and every Saturday there is a farmers market almost across the road, They are famous for Bacon and egg rolls, fresh flowers and very tasty organic produce.
Speaking of tasty organic produce ....... you can cook up a storm in the new kitchen with SMEG appliances, saucepans, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The cottage is a studio layout with a large open area with the bedroom, flat screen SONY bravia Television and new sofa bed lounge with a wall of glass doors that open onto The sandstone verandah and grassed yard.
The floors are polished spotted gum and the windows have plantation timber shutters to allow for privacy and the streaming natural light.
Both kitchen and bathroom can be closed of from the main area.
Even though it is recently built there is a healthy respect for the old, with Art deco features here and there and a beautiful French Antique bed, that's so comfy, you won't want to leave.
Safety and the Environment
We have just put in a 2000 l water tank, so you can flush to your hearts content and or wash your car in the tandem drive, guilt free.
There is also a brand new intercom with video to see who's at the front door before answering and a fantastic wicket gate in the garage door, so you can easily walk in and out.... don't forget your keys in the hurry to the tasty goods at the Saturday farmers markets....across the road.
