Beautifully presented and fully self contained, this split level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with Smeg appliances and open plan dining/living areas.
Make yourself at home in the large living area which opens onto the front deck complete with outdoor setting and BBQ facilities. It is a fabulous spot to relax whilst you watch the children play on the front lawn. You may prefer however to relax on the lounge on the second deck near the entrance.
There is also a "chill out" room with comfy bean bags which is great for the kids or the perfect spot to curl up with a book.
The ducted heating and open fire place will keep you warm and cosy in winter, and the air conditioning will keep you cool in summer.
All 3 bedrooms (2 x Queen Beds, 2 x Single Beds) have built in robes and the master bedroom has an ensuite. The large family bathroom, with bath, also includes a fully equipped laundry.
There are games, books, dvd's and even buckets and spades for you to use during your stay, so it feels just like home. All you need to do is sit back, relax and unwind!

The Location
Situated on the Blairgowrie border in a peaceful and safe court location. It is only 700 metres to the beautiful Tyrone Foreshore Front Beach and a 15 minute walk along the newly completed boardwalk to the Blairgowrie Village shops.
Sorrento is only a 5 minute drive away and there is an endless supply of wineries, golf courses, day spas and activities for children located within the region.

Great modernised beach shack in an easy location - stroll to kid friendly beach, near Blairgowrie cafe strip with lots of yummy selections. The house so well equipped including thoughtful supplies just enough for the weekend; dishwasher tablets, toilet paper. Kids loved playing with the various indoor and outdoor toys available. Property at the end of a culdasac with (ungated) yard out front for a good little run around and ball play. Property nice and clean, with all the facilities you need for a laid back family beach house getaway.

With family over from the UK we booked a long weekend trip to the Mornington Peninsula at the last minute. Emma at the Beach house was exceptionally friendly and organised the accommodation for us. The Beach house was immaculately presented and very inviting. We would have no issue recommending the Beach house and indeed look forward to our next trip there.

Our family of 5 had a terrific holiday here. Well-equipped, comfortable, quiet and safe - there was everything we needed to chill out and more. Loved the front lawn - kids played out here until after dark, while we sat on the deck with a glass of wine. The local shops were fantastic, the location ideal, and the beaches were gorgeous. Thanks for a perfect beach house, and a wonderfully easy holiday.

Thank you for a great stay. We were extremely comfortable in the beach house. We were particularly impressed with the fit out and equipment in the kitchen and the overall standard of furnishings. The beds were also extremely comfortable.
We loved sitting out on the porch in the evening with a wine ....
The Beach house was also very easy to adapt for a toddler.
Fantastic location, literally 10 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins walk from great coffee at the Blairgowrie shops!
Thanks again and we'll be back to stay again next year.
