The Cottage is a two bedroom self-contained house with one double bed and two king singles and has extensive views from all windows. The house is very well appointed with a fan forced oven, cook tops, microwave, frypan, toaster, jug, coffee plunger through to egg cups and timer. All linen, soaps, washing up liquid, toilet paper, hand towel, tissues, fly and personal insect sprays are supplied in the tariff.

Outside is a double car port and landscaped gardens with well establishes trees, the front verandah is just wonderful for relaxing with a glass of wine whilst watching the activities of the valley and surrounding wildlife. A large BBQ area at the rear of the cottage faces mountainous ranges and woodland, housing many kangaroos, birds and native wildlife, the area is very quiet, private and relaxing.

Location

Sherwoods Green "The Cottage" is situated on 35 acres with its own olive grove, five sheep and some cattle.
A pleasant 10 min drive to Mudgee the cottage is located just 9km from the heart of the township of Mudgee. Approximately four hours drive west of Sydney, on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range. The cottage is superbly nestled between the Cudgegong River, the working lucerne farms and vineyards with extensive views along the Cudgegong Valley.
