Polished floor boards, wood fire heater plus reverse cylce airconditioning aswell. , cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, and open plan modern kitchen with walk-in pantry. French doors opening out to the alfresco entertaining area. Plus kids swing set with slide. And selection of DVDs for you to choose from.

We found the accommodation to be very pleasant. The location was great and very comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at the Island Retreat, beautiful, clean house, kids friendly, loved the swings & also the outdoor jacuzzi & bbq. Pleasantly surprised that the pantry was also very well equipped..we did not know that before hand thus we did not cook our own food! It was like a home away from home..and the property was very well mantained & centrally located.
A very pleasant experience indeed & we will recommend it to our friends who are visiting Philip Island.
We also did not want to leave this cosy place..the only thing that was missing was a full lengthy mirror & a hair dryer :)

What an amazing holiday we had in the middle of winter. With the open fire and a hot outdoor spa we had the best experience, and everything is within walking distance. Plenty of zones for adults and kids.

This property was just as the pictures show it - modern, neat and spacious. We hired for a girls weekend and were all comfortably accommodated. The wood fire was a blessing as it was such a cold and wet weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful holiday house, light, bright, very clean with all the comforts of home. The kids ( 5yr old & 8yr old) loved their bedroom, in the loft, with the spiral staircase. The spa & the swing set was a big hit too. Our 2 dogs were very comfy sleeping on the veranda and the back yard was safe and secure. Close proximity to the beach & shops was ideal and we started our days with a trip to the nearby bakery for a latte, and maybe a doughnut or two.

Thank you Jane for allowing us to stay at your wonderful beach house. Your house accommodated us so well (3 adults & 7 kids)...the kids loved the spa!! The house was very warm & welcoming & beds so comfy!! we look forward to staying again soon.

This holiday retreat was gorgeous to stay in. Everything was clean, and it had all amenities that you would need for a great getaway. Most importantly for me it was dog friendly and my dog had a great time. Fantastic location, so close to the beach and shops. It is definately somewhere I would stay again. The owners were extremly friendly which made the booking easy

My wife and i stayed here for our honeymoon. Loved the place. So close to the beach and in a quiet location. Would definately come back.
