A recently completed modern design over two levels. On the ground level, marble flooring, king size bedroom, bathroom and large living area. The upper level consists of four bedrooms (main room with en-suite and spa bath), utility room, family bathroom, gourmet kitchen (with dishwasher), living area and deck. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning operating on two separate systems upstairs and downstairs and both internal and external solar shades. WiFi is available. There is a BBQ area with table and chairs on the ground level. Pets are generally allowed (please refer to owner).
Downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and the two double rooms upstairs have have queen sized beds (including the main bedroom with the en-suite). One bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other bedroom two single beds.
Upstairs living area has CD/Radio, 42" TV, DVD/Video player.
Downstairs living area has 42" TV, Nintendo, Wii, Table tennis.
Your mornings could be spent beach-side, swimming, fishing and diving. Spend the afternoon exploring some of the great local galleries and wineries including the award winning Capel Vale Winery (just 5 minutes drive away).
There is a small reserve just across from the house with a children's playground for younger children.
The property is only a 20 minute drive to either Bunbury or Busselton, and 45 minutes to Margaret River.
Please note that we are only taking bookings of 7 nights or more over the Easter 2012 period.
