Surrounded by world-class sporting and entertainment facilities, Spencer Heights is superbly positioned for your Melbourne holiday. Etihad Stadium, Docklands, DFO, Southern Cross Station, Crown Casino are just a few of the local attractions that sit on your doorstep. Leave the car in the secure downstairs car park because Melbourne can be best explored by public transport and trams and trains are literally a few paces from the front entrance of the building.

Sitting 26 floors high, your home away from home has almost everything you can wish for including an indoor lap pool and sauna! The apartment itself features air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances & granite benches, 42” TV & DVD player, stereo, large shower, laundry facilities and much much more. The well sized bedrooms feature a king size bed in the master (which can be split into 2 single beds) and a queen in the other, with an sofa bed offering an additional sleeping position.

During the day, discover the entrancing network of hidden laneways that lead to a veritable treasure trove of little known cocktail bars, galleries and boutiques. The narrow enclaves hide some of the best cafes and restaurants in Melbourne and by following the sounds of distant jazz music, your night can lead to unexpected delights.

Standard Inclusions, Minimum Stays and Tariffs

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Some of the things you'll find INCLUDED when staying at this beautiful property are:
- Interim or weekly cleaning for stays of 8 nights and longer
- Undercover / Off street / On street (permit supplied) parking
- Broadband internet
- Exit cleaning
- All utilities
- Consumables including a welcome pack of luxurious toiletries and a range of frequently used household goods, such as quality tea & coffee, dishwashing liquid, etc
- Fantastic support from Boutique Stays - excellence in customer service and property management

Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
