Picture a mixture of "Country Style" meets "Retro". We have a complete experience @ The Fireman's Loft. A top location, a styled environment, a story to tell, a comfortable place to stay. "Flourish" is an 1880's Georgian building, nestled in a village precinct of Hobart. This iconic building has a intriguing history, housing Firemen during the 1880's in the four room dorm upstairs. When restoring and redecorating the property, it was decided to honour this fascinating history and style the Upstairs Loft accommodation in this inspiring theme. The LOFT is comfortably fitted out. Now with one master bedroom, a cosy nook for two. Kitchen/Dining, a spacious lounge and a generous bathroom. The interior design features classic collectables in a "Fireman's theme", think hoses, nozzles and other paraphernalia.
A Retro fit out with sensational finds, styling this overnight and short term accommodation as a unique, inspiring and funky place to make your home while visiting Tasmania' beautiful Hobart.
The position of our Loft within a village precinct of Hobart, has many advantages for the travelling visitor. Cafes, a renowned gourmet deli (perfect for self catering and sumptuous snacks), a variety of esteemed restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Even the famous Cascade Brewery is only a 2 min drive away.
The intriguing Historic Women's factory, popular with History buffs is a leafy walk along the Rivulet.
The summit of Mt Wellington, often snow covered, viewed from the bedroom, takes only 15 min to reach, by car of course!
Fireman's Loft is an easy 15 min walk to Hobart's CBD and the Salamanca waterfront.
Boutique shopping, Vintage clothing.. it's all in South Hobart.
Fireman's Loft represents a great value, eclectic, memorable place to park yourself, for a get away in Hobart Town.
