We had such a wonderful time, the apartment was perfect, it was very clean, child friendly and spacious. The apartment is close the beach, cafes, park and IGA. I can not fault the apartment or Point Lonsdale. Brendan was great to deal with. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you.

Well presented, very comfortable and perfect for our family reunion. The outside patio was a lovely surprise and good for family meals. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, easy access. Beds very comfortable and good water pressure in bathrooms. A most enjoyable family home.

This is the second time I have stayed and continue to enjoy the location, the modern decor and the cleanliness. It is just too easy to arrive and have the beds made up, fresh towels in the bathroom and just walk across the road and lie on the beach. Thanks again :)

We really enjoyed our break at Point Lonsdale. The property was all it said it was and more - very comfortable. The convenient location was a bonus - being directly behind the main street shops and cafes and so close to the front beach and playground. Our kids had a fabulous time. Would not hesitate to recommend to our friends. We will be back again.

Wonderful accommodation in a fantastic location, seconds from groceries, good coffee/cafes, playgrounds and most importantly, the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. It was well appointed, and clean. It even had some board games and dvd's available for a rainy day. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and arranging the stay was quick and easy. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic holiday experience at this apartment. Booking was easy, and interface with the owner during the booking and payment process was excellent helpful and professional. On arrival the apartment was spotless and everything in the house was in excellent operating condition and all we needed was available. Board games, books and even DVDs to entertain us were also available. The location is perfect with a supermarket, cafe, bakery and restaurant half a stone's throw away and the beach just across the road. In spite of the accessibility to Lonsdale shops the location is sufficiently quite and private to enjoy meals on a large balcony that connects with upstairs to make a great indoor/outdoor living area. This apartment is highly recommended, very comfortable and an ideal location.

We had a fantastic holiday, the house was great. So close to everything but also private. Loved being able to have a coffee first thing in the morning and stroll to the beach and shops just seconds away. We will return

We loved everything about 5 Simpson St.
Comfy, clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the games and dvd's. But, most importantly the closeness to the shops and beach. Just having to walk across the road to the beach with 2 young kids was heaven. We will be back.

The perfect place for stay to explore Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. Beautifully appointed with everything you could need - all seemingly brand new. It's a great location for the shops and beach with a great balcony space, but also snug enough for bad weather not to ruin your stay (should you be so unlucky!).
