Kioloa and Mandalay are pet friendly, and it is expected that petowners will not allow their pets on the furniture, and that they will respect the whole area including the beach, where pets are welcome on leash.
Visit the wonderful Mogo Zoo just south of Batemans Bay - a great experience!

Just had a wonderful stay at Mandalay Beach House, friends had all booked the cabins accross the road and we were not allowed to take the puppy in the cabin so looked for a house close by. Boy did we luck out, the house was so much nicer, cleaner and much better atmosphere than the cabins. Also cheaper! Well equipped and just a lovely feel to it. Best of all, there was no fun police like at the caravan park. All my friends agreed they would choose it over the cabins next time and we will cerainly be returning.

We had an enjoyable holiday at Mandalay, not always as much rest and relaxation as we would like as parents but the kids of course loved it. The place looks great going back a second time. We of course noticed the little changes/improvements. Also it was very clean when we arrived. The kids are already talking about going back again to Mandalay, and so I will be in touch once more during the year when our holiday dates are set. Looking forward to returning to our "little beach house"

We just had another lovely stay at Mandalay. We loved the peace and quiet and the sound of the lorikeets and glossy black cockatoos every day. It really is the most comfortable house and we slept so well. With the beach just across the road you could be forgiven for thinking you were in heaven. Thank you again Maureen for a perfect break!

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your lovely Mandalay House. It was very cosy and we had the worst weather and still were safe and sound inside Mandalay. The bed was very comfortable we even slept in until 9am on Sunday morning, completely unheard of for us.

Just home after a delightful week staying at Mandalay Beach House. A beautifully appointed & extremely comfortable house with a well equipped kitchen. The back deck is a great area for relaxation & entertainment & to watch the abundant wildlife.
Will definitely be back!

Mandalay is a bright and clean renovated house in a peaceful location so close to beautiful Kioloa beach. The house catches the sea breezes and has a lovely verandah to catch the morning sun and deck out the back for sitting in the afternoon and watching the many native birds. A beautiful spot with kangaroos, rosellas, kookaburras, wrens and finches everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen and pleasant decor. We had a lovely weekend there.

A really nice place for that relaxing weekend away. Comfortable, clean and very close to the beach - we had a great time and would recommend Mandalay to anyone.
