Just 80 metres from the surf beach, our Noosa Beach House is a great place to either relaxing on the spacious decks overlooking the pool and pacific ocean, stroll for miles on the prestine dog friendly beach, or eat out at the nearby world class resturants of Sunshine Beach or Noosa.
The three bedroom beach house is surrounded on three sides by a World Heritage National Park and has safe direct access to the beautiful prestine Castaways Beach via a beach track and under road tunnel. It is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway, or great for families, you can even bring your dog!
The resently refurbished living room, dinning room and kitchen are located upstairs with magnificent views over the ocean. A large up upstairs deck with BBQ and dining area provides a great location for entertaining.
Three bedrooms are located down stairs, bedroom 1 with luxury king size bed, bedroom 2 with queen size bed, bedroom 3 with two single beds. Both bedroom 1 and 2 open onto the downstairs deck and pool area.
Renovations have just been completed with luxurious new bathroom including spa bath.
The property sleeps up to six people.
Bookings for 7 nights during peak periods are required, but shorter stays can be accepted during Mid and Low season.
Noosa, with its world famous resturants, shopping, and outdoor activites, is only a few minutes drive away.
For the more energetic, there is an endless array of bicycle trails around noosa. These can be accesed from the prestine coastal trail located only 50 metres from the property.
Noosa and its close surrounds also offers an endless variety of water sports, and tourist attractions.

This house has it all!! Our family had such a lovely 11 day stay here - the kids swam in the beautiful pool every day and we went for serene walks along the nearby beach. I love the vibe of the house - everything is very classy, clean yet comfy too. Lovely view, great big spa bath, comfy beds, great coffee machine - everything is catered for. Excellent holiday home. Lots of space. Towels. Kitchen and BBQ. Warm pool. Short, nice enough walk to Castaways Beach. Far enough away from the busy Hastings Street which is a 10 minute drive. Excellent weather, some showers in the evenings. Will come back.

We had the most divine stay at the Noosa Beach House. Ian and Maryanne provided the most incredible service prior to and on arrival! Arranged porta cot, child rail for the stairs, noodles & boogie board for pool, even blackened out the curtains in our baby���s room to ensure we could sleep in! We were greeted on arrival, given a tour & orientation around the property and surrounds and settled in to a complimentary box of chocolate and champagne! NOTHING was too difficult! What can I say ... exceptional service. As for the property - everything is as advertised, easy to use, easy access and in great condition. The property is an easy & short walk through the National Park, under the HWY then on to the beach, my 2 children loved every minute of it as did we! Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to say a big thank you to Ian for being so welcoming. Having the beach a short walk away was a bonus with the kids. We were able to go every day as well as visit a lot of the local attractions. Thanks again Ian for making us feel at home and for taking such care in making sure everything was just right for us. We would really love to come back and stay again in the future.

The house was absolutely ideal for us and our dog. A beautiful property with great views of the ocean and plenty of room for our dog to run around. We very much appreciated the warm welcome given to us by the owner, Ian, and all the little 'extras' that made the house a very comfortable place to stay. Absolutely loved the location, Castaways Beach was so close it felt like our own private beach! It was a joy to stroll down to the beach everyday with the dog for fun in the surf. Will definitely be returning for another stay soon.

WOW! What more can we say??? The hospitality and generosity shown by Ian far exceeded any expectations that we had. Nothing was too much trouble. This is the perfect beach house. We enjoyed staying in the house for a week. The track through the back gate to the beach was so convenient. The pool was wonderful and so private as was the house. The owners will do anything to make your stay a happy one. We have stayed in quite a few beach houses and this would be the one we would recommend. We had a wonderful weeks stay. The house was fantastic, excellent views, perfect location being close to the shops and having your own private walk straight down to the beach which was great with having children as we didn't have to cross any main roads. Owners were extremely generous and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

"What a great house! The owners are fantastic and very helpful - their guests' comfort were their sole concern! The house is in a great spot - close to the shops, restaurants and a great dog beach - our dog loved it! The house was very well set up with everything you could ask for. Whilst it had magical views, it was also very private and it was wonderful to sit on the deck for meals and look out over the ocean. It was just the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. Great house for a beach holiday. Very close to dog beach and coastal bike paths. Very short drive to Noosa and other Sunshine Coast attractions. Well appointed recently renovated 3 bedroom house - plenty of room for the family (and the dog). Owners are very helpful and generous.
Our whole family (including the dog) had a wonderful week and we'll definitely be back again next year.
