This lovely house in Dunsboroughs Country Club Estate is situated in a quiet child-friendly cul-de-sac only 800 metres to beautiful Old Dunsborough Beach and 1500 metres to the town centre.
The house has a spacious open-plan layout with covered outdoor entertaining area directly off the family room. All the wonderful attractions of the area are easily accessible - world class beaches and surf, wineries and breweries, shops and boutiques, national parks, caves... the list is endless!
Large open plan family room with 3 large comfortable sofas to relax on whilst listening to music from the CD player or enjoying watching the flames in the pot belly.
Indoor dining for eight, high chair and child's chair available.
Separate Lounge Room with lovely views of the front garden, Plasma TV and DVD player.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen looking over the alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor dining. Plenty of plastic plates for the little ones!
Four bedrooms, all with new excellent quality beds and bed linen supplied.
The spacious master bedroom has French doors that open onto the garden.
All the bedrooms are very comfortable with quality furniture and bedding. They all have built in robes, bedside tables with bedside lamps for you to relax and enjoy your favourite book.
Two bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom with twin singles. One bedroom with bunk beds,( this room also has TV which plays videos, we have a collection of family and children's videos for you to enjoy).
The master bedroom has its own ensuite with spa bath.
The second bathroom also has a bath and shower with a separate toilet.
The property was re-decorated in January 2009.
Sorry no Pets allowed
The quiet location and relaxed feel to the house make it easy to unwind. In the evening, when you're finished exploring the many beaches and local attractions come home and listen to some music while relaxing in front of the wood burner. Read a book or the paper in the garden while the children explore the paths through the bush leading to the golf course to check out the local kangaroos!
There are several cyclepaths / walkways through the bush around the house and along the beach into Dunsborough that make cycling a pleasure and bring the beach even closer - 3 minutes by bicycle!
If serious road cycling is your thing, the network of roads around Dunsborough are perfect.
Please note we charge $120.00 cleaning fee for all stays.This includes all the bed linen with the beds made up ready for your arrival. We allow 4 hours for the property to be cleaned and prepared. If it takes less than this a cleaning fee refund will be due to you, however if it takes longer we may need to deduct the cost of this from your bond.
Sorry we do not accept leavers.
