The massive backyard, swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area will have you relaxed whilst you create your awesome family memories.
Mermaid Getaway has just recently undergone major renovations and is sure to please.
Mermaid Getaway is 5 mins drive to Patrolled Mermaid Beaches, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Super Q Shopping Centre and Carrara Markets.
Robina Shopping Centre, Broadbeach Mall and eateries, Jupiters Casino, Convention and Exhibition Centre are 10 mins away. A further 5 mins and you are in Surfers Paradise.
All Theme Parks are 25 mins drive away.
There are plenty of parks nearby as well as Fitness First for the health gurus.
Mermaid Getaway is 25 mins from Coolangatta Airport
Recent renovations will see you under the large hardwood pergola cooking up a BBQ storm on the outdoor kitchen.
The large swimming pool has a separate huge paved area to relax whilst you get that perfect Gold Coast tan.

Linen supplied at a cost of $20 per person including beach towels.
High Chair, Cot, Kennel Etc can be supplied. Cost on Enquiry.
Single Lock up Garage not in use.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no end of school celebrations. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Do not book "Mermaid Getaway" if you are a "schoolie" or a "schoolie parent" booking on behalf of their child. They will not be accepted. Any "schoolie" who books without full disclosure will be turned away and payment will be forfeited.
DEPOSIT & BOND
IF YOU WISH TO BOOK, PLEASE CONFIRM VIA EMAIL. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH CAN BE PAID BY DIRECT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
BALANCE OWING
Balance of the rental amount (75%) plus bond must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy or the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Arrival - check in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the home.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
Confirmation in writing from the owner is required for permission to have a pet at the property.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
