Need to escape the hustle and bustle? This amazing property allows absolute seclusion while still within easy reach of all local facilities. Absolute ocean views from upper and lower deck areas with a constant sea breeze. (The decking is so high up that we do not recommend small children stay). Walk the many headland trails, cycle along the river into town for lunch or coffee, stroll along South Beach or just relax in the shade with a good book from the vast library. (sleeps8).Upper level retreat will sleep 4 with Queen size Japanese Futon and folding futon lounge and has ensuite and private deck. Downstairs 2 Singles, 1 Queen both with ensuites. Wide open living & dining areas, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, huge deck area for el fresco dining and whale watching. The garden area outside the kitches is perfect for the summer BBQ. TV, DVD, VCR, CD Stereo, Ceiling Fans, Double garage. Driveway inaccessible for boats. 4 Bicycles (no helmets provided). Asst. body boards. Tennis court on estate- raquets & balls not provided. Equipment provided used at own risk.No vehicles to be parked on the street.
