The cottage is fully serviced and all linen is supplied. All normal household appliances are provided including: TV, DVD player, Video, Sound System, Wood Heater, Reverse Cycle Split System, Stove, Fridge, Microwave and Laundry Appliances; therefore you don't have to bring anything but yourselves to enjoy a holiday at CEDARWOOD COTTAGE.

GREAT FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING

The outdoor entertainment deck features an enclosed spa and includes a 4 burner gas BBQ and ouside setting to seat 8. This is a great pace to sit and relax in peaceful and scenic surroundings.

The cottage is set in a quiet court with plenty of open parkland nearby. A drive-in/drive-out driveway makes it suitable for easy access for boats, jet ski trailers etc.

CEDARWOOD COTTAGE is located a 2 minute drive from the Eildon township and a short walk to the pondage and Goulburn River. Only a 5 minute drive from boat launching at Lake Eildon, close to National Parks and some of the best scenery in Victoria.

If you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating , canoeing, bushwalking, horse riding or just plain relaxing in a beautiful environment, then you won't get a nicer area with all the comforts of home.

There are restaurants and hotels in the area and the sporting clubs will make you welcome.
