  • "The 'Queenslander' is an amazing property in a fantastic location ideally suited to families. The design and fitout of the house means even if the weather isn't great then there is plenty to keep the kids occupied from doing laps of the contiuous deck on bikes, to playing with toys in the dedicated toy/play room to table tennis under the house. For adults the house is great because the children's bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house to the main kitchen, dining, loung and outdoor eating area. This allows for entertaining well into the night without disrupting the children at rest. There are 2 great beaches 200m and 400m from the house respectively and the Bawley Cafe is a 3min walk to collect your morning coffee or evening pizza. We have already booked for next year! "

  • "Spent a week at the Queenslander in January, and while the image is a little misleading (not quite sure where they took that shot from, the house is surrounded by others), the wraparound verandah allows chilling in a cool breeze when its too hot. Equidistant between Bawley and Cormorant Beaches, the walk is an almost level stroll to both great for kids and the elderly. BBQ could do with some attention, but the kitchen and other amenities were great. Good beds, too. Made for a great family holiday."
