The Rocks is a large 4 x 2 self contained family home set on Greenmount Hill overlooking Perth City and the entire north metropolitan area.

This magnificent location is less than 25kms from Perth City, minutes from the Swan Valley and Perth Hills wine region and minutes away from National Parks and nature trails.

The views are AMAZING during the day or night and can be enjoyed while swimming, enjoying a spa or a quiet drink from the front outdoor entertainment area or by night from the large open plan living area, which also contains a combustion log fire, large screen TV, DVD player, mini library/chill room, large kitchen with dishwasher under spacious high cathedral ceilings.

There is also a sun room with full City views and a study with local phone and broadband.

This house sleeps 8 comfortably (more at a push) and is perfectly equipped for two families with one king room with ensuite, queen room, room with two singles (bunk) and study, another smaller room with bunks. Two bathrooms - one with an indoor spa!

A nice contained BBQ and lawn area out the back for the little ones to play, or shaded serenity.

Full laundry facilities and linen. Just bring yourselves, your clothes and your bathroom products and sit back and enjoy the ambiance that The Rocks can offer for your perfect family get away!

* The Rocks is built on a hillside, so there are steps and steeper paths to contend with. May not be suitable for people who may have problems with this. Please query if you want to be sure. See photo in gallery.

* This is a family house in a family area. We want everybody to enjoy their time, but we must ensure the enjoyment does not disturb our neighbours.

* Extra Cleaning costs may be deducted from your bond if required, including cleaning of the BBQ.

* THE POOL AND SPA IS CLOSED DURING THE WINTER MONTHS.SPA MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

Sleeping information

Four bedrooms to choose from! Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Master with ensuite and stylish King Size Bed.
Bedroom 2 with comfy Queen Bed and great views!
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed for 2 and a nice study desk overlooking the views and pool.
Bedroom 4 has another bunk for 2.

Rooms are locked if not required. Please let us know if you need the study.

Enjoy all the Perth Hills has to offer then chill by the pool or spa out on the deck....
Glorious sunsets and silhouettes of distant planes in the sky.
Or curl up on the couches, crank the wood fire and watch some DVD's on the big screen TV....
The choice is yours and is sometimes a little difficult.... so do them all!
