Four- Bedroom holiday house in beachfront location.
Sea views of Mullawarra Beach from Living, Dining and Kitchen and from two of the four bedrooms.
Spectacular whale watching in June July and September October.
Great surfing in front of the house or at the legendary Arrawarra Point.
Main bedroom has ensuite and there is a seperate large bathroom to service the other three bedrooms.
All bedrooms have built in robes
Downstairs contains:
- another bathroom
- internal laundry
- a two car lock up garage
- table tennis area
- outdoor hot shower

The kitchen contains : dishwasher,microwave oven,cooktop,fridge, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.

The open plan lounge area has a vaulted ceiling and television and is air conditioned.
There is a large wrap around verendah on the first floor where the BBQ and outdoor setting is located. This is a great vantage point to observe the whales in migration season and to watch the sunrise during a leisurely outdoor breakfast.

Rental

School Holidays $1200 for 7 days
Easter $1700 for 7 days
Christmas $2200 per week from 13 December to 31 January
All other times $850 per week.
