Lakeland Keys is child friendly so no need to worry about the little ones. The home, the pool and the canal are all fully fenced to council codes. We have a safety gate for the internal staircase and also have a porta-cot, high chair and stroller available for your use at no additional cost.
Situated in the centre of Broadbeach and directly behind Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre, this home is within walking distance of the best that Broadbeach has to offer: Pacific Fair shopping, Jupiters Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach's fabulous restaurant strip, and of course the Gold Coast's trademark golden beaches.
For those who want to keep busy, there's plenty to do. Start your morning by swimming laps in the beautiful pool, before enjoying a lovely BBQ breakfast as you watch the boats make their way through the canals to the Broadwater. Fancy a leisurely paddle around the casino on the kayaks? Or throwing a line in from the large floating pontoon? No problem. If some exercise is on your agenda, you can take advantage of the provided bicycles and take a quick ride to the beach. Everything is on hand to maximise your enjoyment during your stay at Lakeland Keys, including table tennis, fishing equipment, internet access, Xbox 360 games and complementary Foxtel.
Lakeland Keys is so centrally located in Broadbeach that you can take a stroll to Pacific Fair for a day of shopping or walk into Broadbeach for dinner in the evening perhaps stopping off at Jupiters Casino for a flutter on your way home. Finally, when you can bear to bring your day to an end, your accomodation is just a short, enjoyable stroll away.

Booking Information
EXCLUSIVE & PRIVATE
Lakeland Keys is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. We have very nice neighbours and only take guests who agree to respect them and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Lakeland Keys has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy.
We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together.
We do not accept bookings from schoolies or large groups of young singles.
Minimum stay is 5 nights unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-4 night booking.
Tariff is based on an average 6 person adult stay with a 5 night minimum. (additional guests are $25 per person per night).
Children 5 years and under stay free.
There is a standard linen and cleaning fee of $380.
A security bond is required and payable by credit card.

Broadbeach Waters has an abundant number of homes located on the canals which attracts boaties and water lovers. Centrally located behind Jupiters Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach Waters is less than a 10 minute walk to the beachfront, Oasis Shopping Centre and the many licensed clubs, bars, restaurants and cafes in the Broadbeach Mall are just minutes away.
Lakeland Keys is in walking distance to Pacific Fair Shops, Beaches, Restaurants, Jupiters Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre and Fitness First Gymnasium.
