Playa Blanca

Description

Nestled behind the dunes is a modern solid brick 'shabby chic' inspired home, with retro furniture and only a 2 minute walk (150m) to the beautiful Collendina Beach. We are located in a quiet court and directly opposite a great park for the kids.

We have spent the winter working hard, and to prove it.....there is a new 40m2 entertaining deck, kitchen servery, bi-parting doors, polished boards, fire place, outdoor fire area and we have rendered and painted the entire place! All in time for summer.

The 'Cheeky Cow' cafe and general store is 75 metres away (and they do great coffee and take away food!), and the Ocean Grove Hotel is within 250 metres so you can leave the car at home and sample the local seafood or a chicken parma and hear local bands in action.

In the evenings, listen to the sound of the ocean as you drift off to sleep zzzzz...

The home is suitable for families and groups of friends. Feel free to bring the family dog (outside only) as they are guaranteed to love the beach, and the back yard is secure.

Sorry, we don't do schoolies groups.

- Master with en-suite;
- Second bedroom with double bed;
- Third bedroom with 2 x single beds
- Bungalow / fourth bedroom with 1 x single & 1 x bunk (with second TV & DVD) for the kids or snoring friends;
- Sleeps 9.

Table tennis, darts, boogie boards, two tv's with DVD, outdoor setting with new BBQ, with large secure backyard for young children or pets.

Ocean Grove – Great things to do!

Ocean Grove is less than an hour and a quarter drive from Melbourne. Playa Blanca is located 150m from Collendina Beach with great surf, fishing, swimming and relaxing. The patrolled Ocean Grove surf beach is also close by for the kids.

Barwon Heads offers an alternative place for the kids to swim, and has a boat ramp and access to the ocean for fishing.

There are shopping facilities in Ocean Grove for all of your needs.

Good surfing spots are in close proximity for the keen surfer including Ocean Grove main beach, K.N's, Raffs and 13th Beach.

There is a great choice of local restaurants, and the Ocean Grove Hotel is a 3 minute walk (leave the car!). The Bellarine Peninsula has several great wineries, golf courses and great historic towns such as Queenscliff. Don't forget that the Great Ocean Road is only a short drive away.

There are unlimited activities or unlimited relaxing.... the choice is yours.
