500 m from pristine Never Never Creek, this 2009 renovated rosewood and mahogany home offers relaxation and privacy in paradise or an active family holiday.
Limestone floors throughout internally with sandstone slabs on the verandah. Stylish bathroom and ensuite with luxuries such as heated floors and heated towel rails. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Open cathedral roof ceilings and large sliding doors and windows offering cool breezes in summer.
Table tennis, bikes and trampoline. Citrus tress laden with fruit in June/July. Huge open fireplace for cosy winter evenings
Abundant birdlife and set in a leafy, shady setting. 30 minutes to renowned Dorrigo Rainforest, International Bonville golf course and the pristine beaches of Sawtell.
Bellingen markets with some 250 stalls every 3rd Saturday of the month. 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour airport.
Sleeps 10 with 1 x King bed, 1 x Queen bed, 2 x bunk beds, 1 x bed with trundle.
Note that if staying only 2 nights at the weekend, the Sunday rate is the same as the Friday rate. Late check outs (until 3pm ) attract 50% of the nightly charge. Check outs after 4pm are charged at a full nights' stay.
