The house

The three bedroom beach house has two queen bedrooms and one with two single beds, and it has two bathrooms. The house is on two levels, the master bedroom and the ensuite bathroom are upstairs. 42@Mobys is part of a resort style development where free standing houses are part of a resort style village, with restaurant cafe complex, pool and spa, tennis court and childrens playgrounds. The well maintained tropical gardens which surround each house and especially 42@mobys provide instant privacy and a luscious environment.
This luxury Mobys beach house offers a modern interior which reflects style, comfort and convenience.
Timber floors complement a beautifully equipped kitchen with stainless steel benching, a generous living/dining area, laundry and unique outdoor shower and lockable wet store.
Cable TV, DVD player and stereo is standard.
A large deck with BBQ provides for perfect al fresco dining experience. A gas bottle can be rented from the Mobys Resort office.
The beach house has STD/ISD phone access with direct in-dial facility.
The kitchen includes fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There are also tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Your beach house comes fully equipped with all required bedroom and bathroom linen and all you need bring is a beach/pool towel.

Swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, skiiing, prawning, boating, local 9 hole golf course adjoining beach and magnificent sandy lakes and beaches - perfect for families (Elizabeth Beach patrolled in holidays) as well as those wanting to escape crowded beaches or want to perhaps experience a clothes optional beach (Shelley Beach). Boat ramps available for lake and beach/ocean access. Smiths Lake is a great place for families with small ones - safe shallow swimmimg (5 mins away). Lots of walking trails, National Park roads, lookouts and abundant native fauna -kangaroos, birdlife (and koalas - if you know where to look) to be experienced. Famous Seal Rocks is only 20 mins drive - an unspoilt part of the world - magic.
