Open the bi-fold doors to the backyard and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful Avoca lagoon. Relax and unwind amidst the native bird life and paddle boats, as you cook up a feast on the BBQ.

Children are catered for in the comfortable fenced backyard. They will enjoy the cubby house, slippery slide, or bouncing on the trampoline.

All 4 bedrooms are oversized bedrooms & 2 have their own modern ensuites. The main oversized bathroom includes shower, toilet & spa bath. Home is fully air-conditioned, and bedrooms also contain fans.

Upstairs you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of these share a balcony capturing views of the beach whilst allowing ocean breezes and sounds of the "breaking waves" to flow through the entire home. Also upstairs is a a large games room which includes a foosball table, which leads to a large balcony that captures the beautiful Avoca lagoon surroundings.

No Garage, but plenty of parking in driveway and additional off-street parking available.

Walk along the 2km Avoca beach

Surf where the waves are breaking between Avoca & North Avoca, and enjoy a hot outdoor shower when you get back home

Hire a paddle boat or canoe at the Avoca Lagoon. The lagoon is home to a great variety of water birds such as pelicans, ducks, waders and cormorants.

Dine at Terrigal's cosmopolian restaurents only a 2 min drive from the house

Walk across the beach and enjoy lunch at one of the cafes at Avoca's Village

Fishing & prawning

Enjoy a movie at the historical Avoca Beach Theatre

Children can enjoy safe swimming at Avoca's rockpool, or fun in the adjacent fenced playground, while you relax & enjoy a coffee at the beach front cafe.

Luxury North Avoca is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Strictly NO groups of young people, NO parties, NO pets, 10pm outdoor noise curfew. Must be 25 years and over to make a booking.

Deposit: 25% to secure booking (non-refundable).
One month prior to occupancy: 75% balance of the rental amount (refundable only upon securing another booking to cover the same dates) + $800 Refundable bond.
