JK Family Beach house is ideal for families. Located in a quiet area, it is very close to the beaultiful bay beach and an easy walk to Rosebud Plaza shops and cafe's.
There are 3 bedrooms and the house sleeps 8 people.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed and cot
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single beds)
The brand new kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher. The bathroom is also brand new, renovated this year (2012) and the house now has 2 toilets. The open plan living area consists of a lounge, dining and kitchen. There is an LCD TV and DVD player (and a variety of DVD's). The 3rd bedroom is a kid friendly area with bunk beds and a couch and games and books to entertain younger children.
There is off-street parking and a secure backyard for the kids to play, including a trampoline. Your family pet is welcome.
10 - 20% discount and free linen hire for bookings 14 days or longer.

Located 350m from the beautiful Rosebud Foreshore, a calm safe beach for children. 10 minutes drive to Gunnamatta surf beach and Rye Back Beach. The house is also only 200m from Rosebud Hospital (24hr emergency service)
Centrally located for everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, wineries, beaches, golf, cafes, Arthurs seat Maze, Peninsula hotsprings, historic Portsea and Sorrento.
Please note that the owners of this house also own Kaishua House in Goughs Bay, Vic which can also be viewed on the stays website.
We provide doonas and pillows for all beds and ask guests to BYO linen (top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels). Linen is available on request at additioanl cost.

The perfect home away from home. Great location. The kitchen was so well equipped that we could comfortably cook a Christmas feast for 6 people; impressive! Host was such a pleasure to deal with and always prompt with responding. We will be telling everyone about JK Family beach house. All the best for 2013.
