This wonderful three bedroom 2 bathroom house can sleep up to 8. There is plenty of room for parking and the large front lawn facing the ocean is child friendly and fully fenced.
Walk to the Tallebudgera Creek and Burleigh Headland national park. Just beyond the headland is the fabulous street shopping of Burleigh Heads. A car is useful but not necessary; Cafes and shops are just around the corner and bus services are near by. Pacific Fair and Robina shopping centres, Robina railway station, Currumbin’s trendy coffee shops and Coolangatta Airport are all within a 15min drive.

This house is located in an exclusive beachfront area amongst multimillion dollar homes. As a courtesy to the house owner and neighbours the following rules will apply as a condition of hire:
No pets allowed on property
No functions or parties permitted
Gathering of people restricted - no more than 12 people
All breakages and damage must be paid for in full by the guest
No Schoolies

The BOND for the property is $1000 held simply as an authorisation against a credit card. This is not processed until the day of arrival as per any hotel booking.
