Beautifully set out house at North Narooma with distant ocean views, walk to beaches, park and boardwalk. Sleeps 10 (maybe 4 adults + 6 children.) Childrens retreat downstairs opens out into big 1000m2 backyard.
All white goods plus TVs, DVD players, hundreds of DVD's & BBQ. Generous covered decks upstairs, outdoor furniture. Pets allowed outside only. (1 large dog OR 2 small dogs.)
There is a folder with all the locations of the furry seals and thieir favourite sunning spots and all the whale watching spots to go to, plus a few really good bike rides.

UNIQUE
People love staying here partly because of the unique location up on a hill which is close to a forest of gums and wild-life where you can happily walk your dog, the boardwalk where you can walk along whilst looking into the water and spotting a sting ray or two, a netted ocean pool for snorkeling and swimming - safe for the kiddies. This home is equipped with all the little extras because its not just a beach house, but our homw away from home where we stay when the house is not booked.
It doesn' have that rental feel with sparse contents.
We are newly renovating this home as we go with the newest design in tiles etc. The kitchen floor has been newly tiled, there are quality furnishings, and much of the house has been redecorated tastefully and is an ongoing updating project for us.
Families returning every year will be able to share the ambience as the project expands and continues.
