A fully renovated art deco home right in the heart of Ballarat. Annie's cottage is less than a block off Sturt Street, a short walk to lake and CBD, and 200 metres to hospitals. Features 2 bedrooms, main bedroom with a queen size bed and second bedroom with queen and a single bed. Warm and cosy with both wood and gas heating. Spacious bathroom with clawfoot bath and separate shower. Full kitchen with adjoining dining area and separate laundry facilities. Off street undercover parking and outdoor barbeque and alfresco entertaining area. Children are most welcome with books, games, toys and DVDs available, as well as a portacot. Continental breakfast supplied for first morning. Extra bedding and linen available on request.
