Bathroom with large shower, separate lounge and dining area (highchair available). Full cooking facilities, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Widescreen T.V., DVD/CD Player. Leather lounge and recliner chairs. Laundry facilities - washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, clothes line, laundry basket and pegs, iron and ironing board.

Situation: 30klms. South of Port Macqurie by the ocean and opposite a scenic lake. Great fishing, boating, swimming, surfing and bushwalks. Close to Laurieton shopping centre, clubs, hotel, restaurants and picture theatre.
