The house is decorated to compliment the Art Deco style of the house, offering three beautiful and spacious bedrooms and a fourth room with a double bed and tv/dvdplayer/playstation.
Ground floor has an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen facing a bright dining area seating 10, with full views of the lake through the curved bay windows. There is access from the ground floor to the curved balcony with BBQ and seating. A children's bedroom with bunk bed and the fourth room facing the back of the property share a shower room and toilet.
Internal stairs lead to the boat shed, housing a small boat and fishing gear, as well as double fridge and shower/ toilet room. From here there is direct access to the front lawn and private jetty.

The many facilities of nearby Warners Bay, reached by a 20 min walk or short drive by car, include a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as kids playground, activity centre and long pedestrian/cyclist walkway along the water.
A short drive takes you to a selection of patrolled surf beaches, salt water pools, nature reserves and shopping malls.
45 minute drive to Hunter Valley Vineyards.

We have just had the most amazing week staying here in preparation for our daughter's wedding. Anne and Bruce are so easy to work with and everything was clean and tidy for our arrival. Nothing more could have been done to ensure that our time here was everything we wanted. Waking up each morning and having a cup of tea watching two dolphins play 20 metres in front of us was unbelievable. The photos on our daughter's wedding day are picture perfect - even the dolphins put in an appearance at the right time.
We can not reccomend this property and owners more highly. A pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly.
Thank you Bruce, Yoan and Anne for a week where memories were made and dreams came true.

Villa Troldbo was an extremely comfortable and beautiful accommodation for our group of university graduates to enjoy the completion of our degree in. To begin with, dealing with the management was simple and straightforward, and they were lovely in person when they visited. The location on the shores of Lake Macquarie were magnificent and allowed for fantastic opportunities for fishing and kayaking. The house was very well furnished and comfortable and easily catered for both bedding and entertaining. All in all a fantastic destination and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone! First class experience and in short - the perfect getaway. Thankyou Bruce and Yoan!! *****

Villa Troldbo at Eleebana is BEAUTIFUL!! Our family enjoyed a very relaxing 6 days at this gorgeous house on Lake Macquarie. The location is simply breathtaking and the house is MAGICAL...so comfortable with everything you could wish for and more. Very friendly neighbours (hi Len & Tess), and Anne is wonderful (hi Anne). Myself and my family had a wonderful time at this fabulous waterfront property watersking. The jetty is fantastic being able to tie the boats up and not take them out of the water each day. Beautiful property with high quality furnishings and plenty of space for everyone so your not on top of each other. The upstairs living room is a beatiful room with views righ across the lak.I Could not reccomend the property more highly and hope we will be back soon. 5 Star.

We all had a fantastic time at Villa Troldbo. The property was beautifully presented, very clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need. The welcome basket, sparkling wine and fresh flowers were a nice touch and much appreciated. Fishing on the jetty was fabulous and the lake view just magical. I highly recommend Villa Troldbo and we will definitely be back again soon.

Our weekend stay at Villa Troldbo was perfect in every regard. The house was luxuriously appointed to the highest standard, with welcoming and thoughtful touches everywhere. The absolute waterfront location made us feel like we were on the water, and the uninterrupted views were breathtaking. The adults came away feeling completely refreshed and recharged, whilst the kids enjoyed fishing from the private jetty, and kayaking around the lake.
