Centrally located, very spacious and fully self-contained, these 4 exclusive ground-level boutique-appointed apartments are the ideal place to stay in Townsville. Located close to the city and set at the end of a quiet no through street, adjacent to a nature reserve and parkland. Whether for holidays with the family or extended work contracts, each apartment offers very spacious living areas (100 m2 - the size of a small house), fully screened and equipped with every convenience you need.

Our apartments are a much better bargain than a motel room. At Marcol Place, you can have real luxury at the best price, the longer you stay, the cheaper the rate! From now to the 4th July then from 9th July to 31st December 2012, pay only $170 per night, up to 7 nights. If you stay 8 nights and beyond, pay only $160 per night;

The equivalent-standard quality of our boutique-appointed apartments elsewhere cost up to $245 per night. We are $75 per night cheaper, now that's a good price.

At holiday times, we have no increase in our tariff, the price stays the same during any public or school holiday periods, we are much lower in our pricing than others.

Each apartment has a character of its own, being individually furnished and tastefully decorated. They can comfortably fit 5 adults. We provide ( FREE no extra charge) high chairs, porta cots, baby baths, quality children's plates and bowls, honey bear cups placemats and cutlery for children.

The modern spacious kitchens provide every utensil and quality appliance you could dream of, with new stoves, cook tops, microwave, pizza, bake & grill compact ovens and full size fridges. With our complements, enjoy a welcome selection of 3 different gourmet coffee's and 6 quality teas.

Relax in the lounge room, watch Austar (it's included FREE) on NEW hi-definition 42 inch LCD flat screen TV's, or use the DVD video player to watch your own personal library of 60 DVD's including children's (provided FREE in each apartment).
The apartments have high quality R3.5 insulated ceilings, are fully air conditioned, with added ceiling fans, blinds and curtains, plus full laundry facilities with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards, irons a quality St Johns First Aid Kit and store room with all additional linen and towels supplied plus (laundry detergent provided FREE).

In every apartment, there are 2 good-sized bedrooms, each with queen size beds. The larger queen size bedroom in each of the 4 apartments has an extra king size single bed included. The larger bedroom of only 2 apartments has the king size single plus an extra standard single bed included. All apartments have full size mirrored built-in wardrobes, a Stockade anti-theft safe for personal belongings, bedside cupboards with lamps and clock radios.

Each apartment has its own remote controlled lock-up garage, finished in non-slip tiles (to double as an additional entertainment area or to store all your equipment). A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in each garage plus you have a private paved rear garden courtyard offering you an outdoor area with seated table settings to enjoy with a Weber Q200 gas BBQ supplied.

All the apartments are non-smoking with ash trays provided in the rear courtyard and front garden area of the apartments. No pets, so no smells. The only noises heard are birds, with Rainbow lorikeets, Ibis and curlews, in season Brolga, Jabaru and Bower birds are seen, it's very tranquil.

Marcol Place is just 2 klm's from Townsville Airport, 1 klm to Garbutt IGA Shopping Centre (with 13 shops & 3 ATM's), 3.5 klm's to the Rockpool at the Strand, 4.5 klm's to Townsville City Centre, 2.5 klms to Castletown Shopping World (with 143 shops), 1.5 klm's to 6 dine-in or takeaway food outlets. Local bus transport just around the corner - We have it all.

From Townsville Airport:
Exit via Halifax St turn right into Meenan St left into Dearness St right into Hugh St, Marcol Place is 6th dwelling on left.

Bruce Hwy North:
Becomes Woolcock St turn left into Hugh St cross railway line continue on Hugh St, Garbutt IGA Shopping World on left, turn left at Crauford St 1st left into Hugh St, Marcol Place is 6th dwelling on left.

Bruce Hwy South:
Cluden Racecourse on left side turn right into Stuart Drive crossing the Ross River turn left into Cross St turn left into Ross River Rd turn right into Gulliver St that becomes Hugh St continue past MacDonalds Restaurant on right cross railway line Garbutt IGA Shopping World on left, turn left at Crauford St 1st left into Hugh St, Marcol Place is 6th dwelling on left..

Flinders Hwy West:
Cluden Racecourse on right side continue ahead at traffic lights into Stuart Drive follow directions as above crossing the Ross River to Marcol Place

From Railway Station:
Follow Ingham Rd travel West turn right at Garbutt IGA Shopping World into Hugh St, continue turn left at Crauford St left into Hugh St, Marcol Place is 6th dwelling on left.
