Description
Southview is a newly renovated holiday accommodation, nestled between Sandon Point Beach and Bulli Beach, just one hour drive south of Sydney. It offers two separate private self contained suites in our family home. Please note the accommodation is not the whole house. It has been rated four and half stars by AAA Tourism.
The Seaview suite starts from $185 per night per couple in our low season. Peak season rates are $200 per night.
The Garden suite starts from $165 per night per couple in our low season. Peak season rates are $180 per night.
Each extra adult per suite is $15 per night and children $10. Please ask for weekly discount rates.
A minimum of 2 nights stay applies.
For a couple that want to escape then Southview is the perfect place for you to unwind and relax. Your holiday destination offers a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere with ocean and mountain views. It's just a 2 minute walk to Sandon Point beach and a close walk along the beach to Bulli beach.
Catch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean or perhaps a surf at Sandon Point beach which is listed as one of Australia’s top surfing breaks. Enjoy a coastal walk or perhaps a bike ride along the beach track which goes to Wollongong and beyond. Cafes by the beach and Bulli beach pool are close by. Explore national park or local bushland, or simply chill out by our heated spa plunge pool.
Bulli is approximately an hour’s drive south of Sydney airport and is 15 minutes north of the Wollongong CBD. Originally established as a coal mining town in the 1850s, Bulli is also known as the "Black Diamond District". It is a historic part of the Northen Illawarra that enjoys pristine sunshine.

Seaview or Garden suite
Our two separate suites within our family home each have private entrance and are fully self contained. A continental breakfast is included in your kitchen for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Seaview Suite
Luxurious accommodation offering spacious bedroom with king size bed. In the private ensuite why not enjoy a bit of romance and wine in the double hydrotherapy spa bath. Wake up to the morning with ocean views from the bedroom window, feel the serenity as you hear native birds sing. Lounge room opens on to a private/bbq top deck with ocean views and mountain views. Unit includes fully equipped kitchen.
Garden Suite
Elegant and stylish accommodation offering room with queen bed and ensuite with shower. From the lounge large bi-fold doors open onto courtyard with water feature and private bbq. From your private courtyard relax in tranquil surroundings as you read the newspaper with a nice hot cuppa. Unit includes fully equipped kitchen.
Each suite has one bedroom and one three seater comfortable sofa lounge with extra thick mattress suitable for 2 children.
