Oak House has been beautifuly restored and is spacious and luxuriously appointed. Offering 3 king bedrooms (or combination of King & single beds - upto 6 singles also a sofa bed can be made up for a 7th bed if required) and 3 designer bathrooms (2 with corner spas and one with large bath). Fully equipped kitchen and two living areas. Central heating and a gas log fire. Plus two split system airconditioners in the living areas. And all SO central!!

French doors open out onto leafy verandahs where you can relax and watch all the happenings of Hepburn at your leisure. Peppers Springs Retreat and the award winning Mineral Spa is just a stroll away, with the "FAB" Red Star Cafe just across the road.
It is perfect for girls weekends away and family get-togethers.

Breakfast: A complimentary breakfast voucher is provided for your first morning at the renown "RED STAR CAFE" just accross the road (VALUE $60.00) A loaf of bread and condiments, Plunger coffee a couple of varieties of tea, milk & margarine are also provided. Also some light nibbles on your arrival.

Please note this property is not suitable for toddlers.

Four additional guests can be accommodated in the nearby Birch and Elm Studios.

WEEK DAYS: 2 nights $870 (Sun to Thur)

NOTE: Mid Week Oak HOuse can be booked as 1, 2 or 3 bedroom.

What a fabulous venue for any occasion - this one being my surprise birthday family/gathering - 3 couples form 3 different states! What a wonderful surprise in an awesome environment. After a weekend of total indulgence - food, spa, more food, it is a little hard to head back to reality.
