Stroll to the beach, or the heart of the Entrance Cafe & restaurant district, no need for a car as everything is at your fingertips!
With its cosmopolitan atmosphere and attractive town centre, The Entrance is one of the prettiest towns on the Central Coast.
The area is known for its huge pelican population, and every day at 3:30 pm the pelicans assemble to be fed at a special ramp on the ocean side of the bridge.
The regions beaches are world-class, while the lake at its back door is ideal for water-skiing, canoeing, sailing, rowing and sailboarding.
Fishing from the ocean beaches or lakes is always popular and prawns can be caught on midsummer nights.

The Entrance is a total family holiday. With sea baths which have a wading pool (for the littlies)a 3ft deep pool and a full size 50 mtre pool , the ocean is just a stones throw from the unit.
The piazza , has a childrens play area and Pelican feeding every day at 3.00pm. With a huge range of cafes and restaurants the choice is fantastic.
You can hire a boat or bring your bikes and cycle around Tuggerah Lakes which has cycle paths all the way around.
In the school holidays the local clubs have entertainment for the children (movies, kids bingo, disco's )Diggers & Mingara have a kids club .
Just a short drive away there is mini golf, & a bowling alley.
