This beautifully furnished, light-filled house is situated in the Smiths Beach area, 2 kilometers from the GP Circuit and less than a kilometer from the popular surf beach. Smiths Beach is safe for the whole family, and is patrolled from Christmas through to Easter.
A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, "Annecy" is well equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances and products, plus TV with DVD player an sound system. The excellent location makes this house perfect for young families and the house is set up with this in mind.
All weather conditions are catered for with reverse-cycle air conditioning for all-year-round comfort, plus a gas heater and an oil-filled electric heater for those cold winter nights. To top it off there is a gas barbecue and outdoor setting for the beautiful summer afternoons.
Annecy is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 7...

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. Guests are required to provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, facecloths & bathmats can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a minimal fee. Linen hire is compulsory for one-night stays.
