Two (2) bedroom condominium (sleeps up to 8 persons) self contained condominium fringes the manicured golf course perched up on a hill with beautiful views. Air conditioned with TV and DVD, living area (kitchenette, dining & lounge) and a share laundry. Main bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Holiday Bunks (2 Single beds up top & 2 Double beds below), and Living Area has a fold out Double Sofa Lounge. We have 2 Single foam mattresses that can be used in living area. Bathroom has shower and toilet.

Relax, read a book / newspaper and grab a cuppa or drink and enjoy the beautiful view of the golf fairways & lake. "What a fabulous place to stay! The owners have the BEST communication. They went out of their way to make the holiday as relaxing and stress free as possible. The accommodation was very comfortable even with 4 adults and 4 children. The view from the condo is right across the golf course - very relaxing. The children loved the afternoon visits from the kangaroos, kookaburras and lorikeets. The facilities were great. The cost of golf was a little pricy but we were aware of that prior to our stay. A fabulous, family friendly place to stay! "

"We had a great week at Condo 105. The place was very nice with everything we needed. Kids had a great time swimming every day in both pools and they rode their scooters everywhere whenever there weren't too many golfers. The kangaroos were great - allowing us to get really close. Just make sure you know that sprinklers turn on every morning that wet the entire outside sitting area :). It was a bit of a shock the first time..."

"The property was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. I was very impressed how the owner sent all useful information like direction, local attraction and check-in procedure. I was not too impressed with Horizon's Resort management though. One Spa was not working, pool water did not look too clean. There were hardly any golfers on the course, creating a paradise for Kangaroos in the evening. (my 9year old son enjoyed Kangaroos, so it was great for us since we are not golfers) Fridge was making rather big noise, but I think you are replacing it next month? Also electric jag was leaking on the bottom, so it is a bit dangerous pouring hot waters with children around the kithcen. There were about 50 DVDs, I hope no guests are taking them home as a souvenir, because I thought you were supposed to have more! Thank you, overall my family enjoyed Condo 105 very much. It is great value for money. "

"This was a perfect family holiday. From the spacious condo that had everything on hand for 6 kids...the dvds,swimming pools,tennis court the backyard for family cricket. Quiet peacful surrounds of the immaculate golf course.Only minutes from shops and a short drive to all of the fun and affordable tourist attractions. We had never been to Salamander Bay before but we will be back for sure. "

"The place was great... sorrounding was brilliant and the condo was excellent. Perfectly suited our need... we enjoyed our stay very much... we also saw wild kangaroo right outside of the property.. only one problem was that the BBQ in the Condo did not work. But we had an alternative around the pool area.... great stay.. "

"Stayed here for a week with friends and had a great time. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the kangaroos in the evening. Great pool facilities - we used them almost everyday. The condo itself was great, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need, including a bbq which is great for a meal outside. Quite close to Salamander Bay shopping centre, and buses stop just outside the resort to take you all around Port Stephens. The owners were really helpful and provided plenty of information about the area and were extremely easy to contact. Overall a great stay. Feedback to owners: I'm not sure if you've had pest control done at the condo, but there is definitely a cockroach problem. We killed at least 2 massive cockroaches EVERY night, they mostly emerged from the kitchen but one was even found in someones bed."

"Great location and great accommodation for a family weekend away. So much to do and so little time. Loved the golf, the beaches, the numerous activities and most importantly a comfortable place to call home. We have fallen in love with the area and Horizons. "We had the best stay at Condo 105 Horizons Golf Course. It was clean, had lots of space and had absolutely everything we could have needed for our stay, it was close to the pool and tennis court so the kids could run back and forth between them and there was plenty of space for them to run around outside the Condo without them getting in the way of anyone teeing off! The other great thing about the unit was the ease of getting the key, no pick up's or drop off's which suited us down to the ground and the communication from the owners before our stay provided us with all the information we needed. Thanks so much Hilary and David, we go to Horizons a lot and we are so happy we found your Condo and will definitely be booking it again!"
