Hi, my name is Andre, owner of "Barney's Place". During the time that I've lived here I always had a vision to convert my house into a holiday home.
It's a great location and I know you won't be disappointed; it's quiet and yet so close to all the action that the Gold Coast has to offer, such as Pacic Fair Shopping Centre which is only 500m down the road. Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre are only 700m away.
The centre of Broadbeach is only another two hundred metres further, and has a variety of restaurants and nightlife on offer and, of course, there are the beautiful beaches closeby.

"Barney''s Place" is a little different to most holiday homes as I've designed the home to cater for all. It's an open plan home which allows you to experience the beautiful Gold Coast climate as much as possible all year round.
There are many places to stay on the Gold Coast, but how many have full disability access, all the modern amenities of a high-end resort & offer a pet friendly experience?! Barney’s Place is your holiday home with heart. We have everything you need to make for an amazing & relaxing getaway.
THE HOME HAS FULL DISABLED ACCESS FACILITIES SUCH AS DISABLED BATHROOM, SWIMMING POOL LIFT, RAMPS, HAND RAILS AND CUSTOMISED KITCHEN WITH WIDE ACCESS FOR WHEELCHAIRS
It is a modern contemporary styled home; the living area has a King leather lounge suite and home entertainment system complete with a 50" plasma TV and Austar.
This lounge has a privacy curtain which turns the area into a theatre room or a bedroom with Queen sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with a Bosch gastop stove & electric oven, a Bosch fridge with ice maker and a Fischer & Paykel Dishwasher.
The kitchen leads onto an expansive entertaining deck area which is complete with outdoor lounge and an LCD TV which can be viewed from the heated spa.
There are 3 bedrooms; each one is airconditioned with an LCD TV. Master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has 2 king singles and the remaining bedroom has a queen with 2 bunk beds and the lounge turns into a Queen with privacy curtain.
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which caters for people with a disability or wheelchair users.
The swimming pool is equipped with a pool lift and grab rails and is accessible by wheelchair.
Childrens play area with swing, monkey bars, slide, climbing wall, cubby house and sandpit in a nice grassy area.
Canal access is fenced for safety and great area for fishing
