Stunning 2 storey house with ocean views, and 4 bedrooms with bedding for 12 people.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with large oval spa (plenty of room for 2) double shower and twin vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk bed (sleeps 4). Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a bunk (perfect for a family).
Fully appointed kitchen with quality s/steel appliances, fridge with ice dispenser and filtered water.
Open the bi-fold windows in the kitchen to reveal a servery straight onto the deck, perfect for entertaining and ensuring the cooks are included in the fun!
The main living area is open plan with leather lounge, 42" LCD, Dvd player, Stereo with i-pod dock, playstation 2 and dining table. Blur the inside and outside, enjoy the sunset and open the bi-fold doors from the living area onto the deck with outdoor dining for 8. The balcony extends the perimeter of the house allowing views from every angle.
Main bathroom has a seperate vanity, toilet and bathroom with shower and bath.
DUCTED REVERSE CYCLE AIR-CONDITIONING plus ceiling fans to all bedrooms, with a split system reverse cycle downstairs.
A CHILD SAFETY GATE protects the little ones from the stairway.
Downstairs is another lounge/Games room with a 32" LCD, dvd player, stereo with i-pod dock and a foozball (soccer table). Another bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity caters for this area.
Laundry is downstairs with washing machine.
Luxury Sheridan and Freedom linen is provided for $10 per person, if required.
Fully fenced rear yard with a large lawn area for the kids or dogs to run and play.
Pets are welcome (for an extra fee of $50) outside and in the laundry area with a doggy door provided through the laundry door.
The house is located less than a kilometre from the beautiful Normanville and Carrickalinga beach, which is both family and dog friendly, a short stroll, approx 400m from local cafes, Foodland and the Normanville hotel. 2km from the Links Lady Bay Golf Club and Restaurant. A playground is around 100m away.
There is a winery nearby, great fishing and snorkelling, horse riding (even on the beach) beach and rural walks
